In collaboration with the team at Kocha, we created Interviwo, bringing a video interview platform to life, starting from a foundational idea and developing it into a compelling, testable Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

The Project

Using a rapid prototyping approach, we designed and built an interactive product experience that allowed hiring managers to explore key features, such as posting a job, managing roles, and reviewing candidates within a simulated, high-fidelity interface. This hands-on demonstration not only brought the product to life but also allowed for early validation, feedback collection, and iteration before committing to large-scale production.

The lean development process saved the client significant production costs, accelerated their understanding of user flows, and clarified technical needs.
